Paul Law Group is a real estate practice with a focus on tenancy in common, co-ownership, condominium conversions and shared ownership matters.  The guiding philosophy of Paul Law Group is the recognition that home ownership can be one of the most important life decisions an individual makes and deserves careful consideration and counsel.  The additional component of the group dynamic requires the attorney take an active role in helping identify issues in advance.  Ms. Paul has worked with hundreds of groups in San Francisco and throughout California in formation of tenancy in common agreements, co-ownership agreements and condominium conversions in San Francisco.

 

 

In addition, the practice includes representation in formation of residential and mixed-use condominium projects, and general land use matters in San Francisco.  Ms. Paul also provides mediation services to Homeowners Associations and co-owner groups.

 

Prior to forming Paul Law Group Ms. Paul worked at the firm of Sirkin Paul Associates.  In a prior career life she served as Associate General Counsel to a Fortune 500 technology services company.  During her tenure as Associate General Counsel her transactional experience included responsibility for venture capital financings, structuring and negotiating complex software licenses, strategic alliances, and real estate acquisition and leasing.
